It's the Beatles 40th annivesary of landing in JFK Airport (Holy crap! I just realized I'VE BEEN THERE! AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH! At least I think it was JFK...)
Happy Anniversary!
EVERYONE SAY HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, BEATLES!
Ok. On Monday night, Letterman will be having a Beatles tribute to commemorate the 40th Ann. of their first appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show. Why? His show is on the same stage as Ed Sullivan's used to be. Reason enough? :)

Someone really ought to tell this guy (SeanLennon) that he looks like Sean Lennon. The resemblance is just freaky... they even have the same hairstyle and glasses.

Someone really ought to talk to me at lunch. :

I believe in Yesterday

There really isn't anything to say. I'll go check for comments. Oh! Speaking of! If everyone could tell me their birthdays, I'd really appreciate it.
Mine is Nov. 24th.

P.S. George's Birthday is Feb. 25th, and the Grammy's are tomorrow- wouldn't it
be a nice present if he won all three he's nominated for? *wink*

A lot of Beatlesness this weekend. All of the oldies stations have been playing 2 and three Beatles songs at a clip and I'm so happy :) They keep saying it over and over again that it's their anniversary.

Stephanie may be leaving forness of ever and I will miss herrrrrrrrr! Don't leave me!
Ahh!

In honor of Black History Month, I'll post the lyrics to Blackbird, a song written about segregation of the sixties.
Blackbird singing in the dead of night... you were only waiting for this moment to arise. )

Also, in today's paper (St. Petersurg Times) they talk about how Paul said the Beatles would never play to a segregated audience. Thus, the Jacksonville Gator... thingie de-segregated it's seating chart for him. Now that's power. If some of the most important people in America couldn't change segregation but Paul McCartney and the rest of The Beatles could.
