ivybgreenflower: The Beatles (late period), surrounded by green plants and red flowers (Default)

Pointless but as yet seemingly important entry.

I don't like to join communities most of the time. Movies in 15 Minutes was an exception, because A. [livejournal.com profile] cleolinda is one of the few people who can make me laugh for hours, B. I really, really, really loved PoA in 15 Minutes and have read it about 6 times all the way through, and C. because I don't have to post, comment, introduce myself, participate in ANYTHING WHATSOEVER to keep my membership.
Communities I won't join even if you pay me:
Beatles communities.
Dear John, these are horrid. One seemed alright, but then they started claiming George has a middle name and John's full name is Jonathan. For the casual Beatles fan, that's ok. But for me it isn't. I have little tolerance for people who get basic stuff like that wrong and claim to be obsessed. And I have no time to be running around correcting the various mistakes. And I don't want to look snotty by constantly saying "OMFG YOU HAVE IT WROOONNGG, YOU GO TO HELLL BIOTCH!" because that's what I'll do. So no Beatles communities. I'm quite happy obsessing on my own, by myself, with occasional input from my dearest one or Jackie.

Writing communities.
This is another one of those ones that seem to be perfect for me, but no. One reason is I don't want to be critiqued. I'm scared of criticism, which I never get when I post my work here. I love to be loved and the minute someone would dislike my work I'd run away crying and leave the community. Another reason is that some of these communities like to do prompts, which can be fun, but mostly, for me, writing from prompts can be hell. Thirdly, I get inspired by reading other people's stuff, and I don't want to accidentally steal/plagiarize because number one, that's a really mean thing to do, and number two, I don't want to ruin any credibility I might build up for myself.

And basically any other communities... I dunno, people always seem bitchy in other communities, or not up to my standard (eep that sounds terrible) of obsessiveness, so it's better if I leave well enough alone.

k so bye.

yes, people who critisize you so rudely suck. Most of the time they're like 'OMFG, YOU SUCK!!!11!!! YOU SUCK SO BAD!!1!!!1 WHY DON'T YOU SUCK SOMEWHERE ELSE???!!!!!!111'. I know this because people are mean on fanfiction.net...

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-03 05:00 am (UTC)(link)
A good idea. IT'S TOO LATE FOR ME!!!! SAVE YOURSELF!!! :P

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-04 05:17 pm (UTC)(link)
I used to write alot, and then Fanfiction.net kinda got me out of it because of all the criticism, so I'm living a 'I'm not writing stories' kind of life. but, yes, Save yourself!!!

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-05 04:20 am (UTC)(link)
*huggles back* Yes, you shall save your sanity that way. People are just...really, REALLY mean on fanfiction.net! *plots a plan on how to get rid of them*

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-05 04:34 am (UTC)(link)
Lol, will do...I'm just trying to work this scrunchy into the plan. *holds it up* AHHHHHH! MY FRIEND PUT UP THE UGLIEST PIC OF ME ON HER SITE...ick...I r killing her later.

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-05 11:52 pm (UTC)(link)
yes, FEAR THE SCRUNCHIE!!! XP

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-06 03:08 am (UTC)(link)
Lol! yeah, you keep fearing that scrunchie! Now...I think, my plan should also have...something equally scary...

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-06 03:24 am (UTC)(link)
Oh! good, good!...you have one of those?

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-06 04:37 am (UTC)(link)
they should! Scrunchie and hairclip of doom, unite!

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-07 10:59 pm (UTC)(link)
Hmm...I would say America, but no doubt they'd beat us. We should take over two continents before we attempt America....I say, Africa and Asia first. *nods*

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-08 05:55 am (UTC)(link)
I think...hmmm...well, when I finish university, so that I can be as smart as I can possibly be, and when we get more people behind us, THEN we can kill.

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-08 11:09 pm (UTC)(link)
Yes, then we shall be super geniuses, and then people will fear us and we can have chihuahuas. *nods*

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-09 05:28 am (UTC)(link)
exactly! Thus why we will have one each.

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-10 03:58 am (UTC)(link)
Oh yes! It's all becoming so real! :D

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-13 03:22 am (UTC)(link)
it does :) I can't wait!!!

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-14 03:35 am (UTC)(link)
You could, but I wouldn't recommend it. I think we need to be Geniuses in order to take over the world.

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-15 03:59 am (UTC)(link)
Good! Good with the studying, and concentrating. I shall do the same, and have an I.Q of 160!!! MWUHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-15 04:35 am (UTC)(link)
We can, or try and educate them, and if they're still stupid, we can abolish them.

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-15 11:05 pm (UTC)(link)
indeed. But we must abolish mean girls...put them in boot camp and make them nice.

[identity profile] lizzeh-gal.livejournal.com 2004-08-16 01:46 am (UTC)(link)
indeed they do...stupid mean girls at my school...hate them so much...*shakes fist*

Yes, Cleolinda is great what she did with PoA "Dementors: *dement*" I think that's how you spell it atleast? Meh never read the book lol.

As for communities I've hated them since my wee early days of gaming. *mumbles something about FF7 and morons*
