Happy Daddy's Day
I spent my father's day cooking... wtf? I'm a father! Why should I cook?
I love saying things like that.
Cooking is THE messiest thing in the world and I think I'm beginning to hate it, but my spaghetti sauce for tomorrow's lasanga was PERFECT. It SHOULD have been, considering how hard it was to make. Just so you can imagine how strange it was, I'll tell you this: my foot hurt. Not that I cook with my feet, mind you; it's just that it was hectic and I always get soooo nervous when I cook. But not when I bake. Baking is a piece of veggie pot pie compared to cooking.
...I <3 veggie pot pie. I really want to make cookies. Hahahahahah.
I wish I wasn't afraid of the oven.
Speaking of, my blender (necessary in making tomato sauce), was making very weird noises and I was SCARED SENSELESS. My mother was conveniently out at the time. Arg.
We're having father's day dinner tomorrow, since my father works every weekend and on all holidays, excluding Christmas Eve. Even on Thanksgiving. And Easter. Not that I care; I hate holidays, but when I was little it was always sad.
ANYWAY, um... I have nothing else to say.
I've been planning my wedding (don't ask). I want to get married right now. Hahahahahahh.
