probably sleep. let's be real here, guys. I think all of us would sleep more until schools and businesses decided our mental and physical health was less important than MOAR PROFITZ despite how people in other countries get more vacation and they don't totally suck at businessing.
of course this assumes that we'd be suddenly magically given another hour, and not just like an extra hour being all we've ever known in which case we'd all already have adapted to this extra hour and we'd just work more/sleep more. but that's no fun, either.
