I came up with the most brilliant idea I think I've ever come up with.
The ultimate "My ex's new girlfriend is the spawn of all things hated" story, with the twist that both girls are extremely evil.
It comes about because I've noticed that most guys I look at have a string of girlfriends who look like clones of each other. So the story goes that this guy- a poor, nameless, unsuspecting guy who happens to like girls of the same type- happens to pick the two evil-est girls out there.
The ex-girlfriend is a tall, black haired beauty who works in a coffee shop, and the new girlfriend is... a tall black haired beauty who doesn't work in a coffee shop but likes capuccino. They both have blue eyes.
The ex's revenge plans backfire when the new girl discovers what's going on. Meanwhile, the poor guy, who is trying to maintain a friendship with the ex and a loving relationship with his new girlfriend, is stuck in the middle and ends up going insane... he may or may not end up killing them. I don't know yet.
I'm not writing it now- my creative juices just aren't flowing tonight- but I wanted to see if you'd be interested in reading it, if I do write it whilst also writing Two of Us. See, ToU is a cutesy love story, while this new one- tentatively titled "Dark Sweet Lady"- is not. It's all dark and twisted and generally a good way for me to channel all that negative energy I get from my generally negative mood.
One more question- if you do want to read it, and I do write it, should the hapless boyfriend kill someone?
