THE TOUR WAS SO AWESOME. IT'S ALMOST A SHAME SEASON 10 ISN'T AS MUCH OF A FAILURE BECAUSE I THINK THAT MADE THE TOUR SO MUCH BETTER. EVERYBODY WAS SO CHILL AND THERE WEREN'T A LOT OF SCARY MOBS OF GLAMBERTS OR GOKEY GIRLS OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT AND WE GOT TO SPEND SOOOO MUCH TIME WITH EVERYBODY HAVING WATER BALLOON FIGHTS AND TALKING ABOUT JOHN STAMOS AND GETTING LEE TO SIGN FAKE CONTRACTS AND THEY SANG FOR US AND BIG MIKE FILMING HIS SANDWICH VIDEO IT WAS KIND OF RIDICULOUS.

I liked Thia. I think of all of them, her voice was the least unique, but she was really, really good.

Can someone please explain to me the Stefano rage going on? XD I ~lurked on _AI the other night and saw it everywhere. What's the general consensus on this year's group, cause I'm kind of in my own little bubble this season. (I want Lauren to win, though, she's the only one I can see actually selling records, except for maybe Scotty).

Stefano's not a bad guy, but he does kind of have a weird attitude. And he sucks at singing. Like... he sings all high pitched, and then stays in his falsetto through the whole song, and it's just terrible and pitchy as hell. And it's like WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE ABOVE TALENTED PEOPLE JSDHJKSDFH.

The general consensus as to who's good is kind of all over, but we all seem united in Stefano rage. And yeah Lauren's got a good chance but I bet Scotty will win.

My favorites in order probably go Casey, Lauren, Haley, Scotty and Stefano. Casey had me at hello. Superficially because he's kind of my dream guy (beardy, awkward, and his taste in music for his age is a real turn on, LOL), and I love how he's not just the token weirdo of the group, he actually has some originality that the show hasn't seen before. I adore Lauren's personality, and yeah, I think of the whole group she shows the most promise. Haley I like more every week, Scotty is just schmoozy and amazing, and I do think Stefano has a nice voice (though now that you mention it, he does stay in the falsetto way too much. Don't get an attitude from him, though.) I'm sick of Jacob, Durbin has had me ranging since day one and Paul is one of my favorite personalities in the show's history but I hate his voice.

I think the general deal with this group is that they're all good singers, but very few of them have that star power. I can't really see any of these guys doing many post-show interviews, being on GMA, or selling very many CD's. Some more than others (Haley, Jacob, Casey). Pia totally could have won it, but she had such a weird personality, it was like half robotic half awkward and I couldn't understand her.

Anyway, sorry for the essay. What do people think of Durbin?

lol Lauren annoys me so much, she has such a bad case of is-15-itis. But she'll grow out of it. Love Scotty and I like Haley more and more every week.

The show is just really bad at showcasing their personalities. Bad editing is one of the biggest gripes that _ai has. It makes them all look so boring and one-dimensional.

lol the essay is great <3 aaaaaand people hate Durbin. A few people like him or find him much easier to tolerate but most people hate him.
