I'm waiting for dinner because my mother went to my grandmother's to rescue a (pet, not wild) bird my grandmother swears is outside her house. In a thunderstorm. idk interesting stuff like this doesn't usually happen. When she gets back we're having tacos.

It turned out pretty good if you like tofu. Most things that have egg don't really need them, they're just added in. :D

I can't remember the last time I had tofu so idk if I like it or not. But I should probably try.

Make sure to try it all styles--baked (which I dislike), fried (delicious), or boiled (like in soups). And tofu is ALWAYS best when it's simmered in some kind of sauce/broth. It takes on the flavors of what it cooks in, so it can be packed with flavor or incredibly bland. C:

lol yeah, it really is. It looks weird, you gotta drain it before cooking with it, and its texture changes depending on how you cook it. How complicated!
