Is everyone okay out there? I was in Wal*Mart and got this completely awful feeling like someone I cared about was in trouble or something.

Well, I've been sick all day. Light headed, seeing silver spots, dizzy, feeling as though I was going to pass out, pain in my calves, tingling in my hands and feet, just all over sick and very tired.

My blood sugar is too high, has been for a couple of days and I had to call my Endocrinologist at Mayo. He'll probably call tomorrow morning when he gets in to his office.

Not saying it's what is making you have these feelings, but being an empath myself though I know that people can pick up on others feelings even from hundreds if not thousands of miles away.

When Katrina hit I was a mess. I had the worse feelings of being trapped, not being able to breathe and that was before it was on the news of just how bad it was down in New Orleans. We were headed to Mayo early that morning and I cried off and on the whole 6 hour drive.

You asked how people on your list were doing and this is me today, but maybe someone else on your list is going through something else worse you are picking up on?

I do know the feelings well though and they aren't something I'd wish on anyone.

Chest area? I dunno... all I know is it was awful, and I've had feelings like that before.
