La la laaaa

I'm in a good mood for the first time in a very, very long time. And I don't mean a good mood as in "a moment of happiness." Oh no. I'm just generally content. It's quite nice. I know my biorythms plummeted for a while, and I think they're going back up now, hence the rather sudden burst of good mood-ness.
Happy first day of spring! That could also be why I'm in such a good mood. Summer is my favorite season, but you have to admit, spring is absolutely lovely. And Easter! It's such a sweet holiday, with bunnies and chicks and pastel colors. Wheeeeee! I like to be cheerful. Since I'm in such a good mood, and if it lasts (big IF, I sigh) I'll probably be able to get cracking on some serious writing. This makes me glad; writing makes me happy and then I write more because being happy makes me write, and when I'm in an awful mood, I can't write worth crap. So I may be able to finally get down some of the stories that have been floating threateningly around in my head for the past few months.
Unfortunately my mother could not dye my hair today due to her own tiredness/laziness, or whatever, so my red hair will have to wait. It's nothing dramatic, nothing drastic, just a semipermanent red tint to lighten my mood a bit more. There's nothing more conducive to happiness than a pleasant, totally refundable, fun change. To me, changing my haircolor for a week or two is the best change I can think of. So soon enough, we'll do my hair and I'll be even happier, unless I look like crap, in which case I'll become depressed. Ah, well. We must take these chances.
