The twitters are a combination of:
1. When the heart beats too quickly because of nervousness.
2. When you can't stop worrying about trivial nonsensical things
3. When you can't sleep because of the above. They do not go away and persist for a full night and into the next day and there is no cure, nor can you alleviate symptoms.
