Homework.

With the amount of homework I have to do it's amazing I ever have time to do anything else.
...rewind, I NEVER DO ANYTHING ELSE. And I realized that if I wanted to have any kind of life, I couldn't. And not just social (is it possible to have a social life by yourself?) but other kinds: what if I was more political? What if I was a "better" Catholic and wanted to spend more time with church groups? Or if I wanted to volunteer? You know, pick up garbage, read to the elderly, etc? I couldn't. At least not during the year, anyway.
Why is it that teachers assign homework to us for the week on Monday, due on Friday, and then assign more to do over the course of the week? I mean, you get an assignment on Monday, no big deal, start working on it on Wednesday, right? WRONG. You had BETTER do it Monday night because Tuesday sees ANOTHER essay, and Wednesday sees questions, and Thursday sees mega-loads of studying for the tests you have Friday. Unless you're in Mr. Wilcox's class. Then you get to study on Wednesday on top of the rest of the homework you have. Shoot me.
Sen~ora keeps giving me things to correct and hand back in, but I never have time. So I'm going to totally fail Spanish :( I don't understand her grading system, if she hands it back saying to correct it does that mean I have no grade, like, I have a zero? And how long to I have to do it?
And I've been neglecting Geometry completely, I do my homework at lunch. (I got a 95 on my last test, thanks in part to my sweetie's visit lifting my spirits, *mwah*.)
BlAH.

Going to go now before none of my homework gets done at all.

um, I'm sure if you tried you could have some sort of life outside of AP/your home.
I've been able to have one all three years of highschool, so far.
