Bleh

I think it's required by law that every month I crawl, riddled with pain and other assorted physical agony, to my computer to curse womanhood and every man in existance. Well, it's the 18th, so here I am: BEING FEMALE SUCKS AND SO DO ALL MEN WHO EXIST. I seriously contemplated letting myself fall out of bed and then crawl out of my room to get here, because slight changes in body pressure are usually fatal to my systems, but I chanced it and walked. And now I am in pain. I can count like seven different kinds of pain and discomfort, which means various parts of my body are conspiring against me. And so are OTC medicine companies, because not a single brand of painkiller works in any capacity, even at extremely high, heartbeat-racing doses like when I had to take superextracrazy strength Tylenol after I broke my tailbone.

Okay, I'm finished with the TMI now. I'm gonna go back to bed and die a little now, k? I'll be back to complain more later.

I have the same exact problems, I remember sometimes I would spend my lunches at SHS curled on the bathroom floor (incredibly gross I know!) And though pain killers do not work worth crap, I have found some things that sometimes can help make the pain a tad barable. HOT (as hot as you can possible stand it) baths, breathing exercises (believe it or not my mom taught me this because she said cramps are almost like contractions!), suposidly taking vitamin B supposed to help but I just started this so I am not sure and the best doctors told me I can do with out being on birth control is regular exercise, which this is incredibly hard when you are actually cursed for a week or so, I have found that when I am active that when it comes it is not as bad as months when I do not regularly exercise.

Hope you are feeling better by now!
